We designed a survey to understand who the users were and their goals. Since user growth was at the forefront of Nada's goals, we expanded the surveying to non-investors to see Nada's strengths and weaknesses. Key paint points and findings were presented to the stakeholders.
We worked with Nada to develop and understanding of who their current and future competitors are. Their long-term plan is to be on level with giants of the industry like Robinhood and Sofi. We focused on their shorter term goals to help them develop a solid foundation.
Nada gave us their original UI which we used as a base for user testing. After a round of testing and data we gathered from funnel. We were ready to revamp their app.
We took stock of Nada's colors and created a design system to add a new level of polish, while remaining consistent to the brand.
Taking the ideas and goals of the stakeholder and matching them to the user's experience helped the product grow to another level. We removed scope creep and watched their stock rise to the moon.
